Session 1

First patrol, low security space.

I've been floating around here for weeks now, and i'm bored stiff. If there's no action by next week, i don't know what i'll do.

>one week later<
As i am rushing towards the lone caracal fighting the same old Serpentis smugglers at belt III-VII i am 100% sure that will see this through.
Tackling systems active, microwarpdrive primed and ready, weapons systems fully loaded and oporational,
damage control active.
Perfect, ready to go.
As the warpdrive disengages, the distance to the target of the uneventfull week induced indiffrence to whom he is closes quickly as the mwd is runnign within it's manufacturers safety margins.
The caracal's warp-systems are promptly disabled, and a large cloud of void ammunition is dispensed apon the target.

Good. All systems report the target ships sheilds are diminishing quickly.
Where is my armor going?
It's going down faster than the shields of the opponent. This isn't right.
I decide to disengage. Entering warp is taking more time than usual. Armor almost gone.
Finally in warp, seeing the last missile dissappear off the scanner behind me.
That didn't go well at all.

What went wrong? Everything was operational!
... including the mwd, increasing the missles efficiency exponentially.

Waiting for the systems agressions sensors to reset themselves i receive a message from the would-be target explaing that he would've agreed to a fight if only i had asked. I could have adjusted my actions to the information gathered in the planning stage.

Lets not try this again for a while.

I return to the only station in the system, and apply to central command for a patrol in somewhat higher security empire space, wich is swiftly honored.

>exit

>ShutDown
